At Embry Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
